Continuous Monitoring. Straightforward Integration.
The CMCP420VT provides continuous vibration monitoring with a 4–20 mA velocity signal that connects directly to your PLC or DCS. Use it to trend machinery condition and support alarm and shutdown functions through your control system.
Class I, Division 2 approval makes the transmitter suitable for applicable hazardous-location installations.
Digital Vibration Switches
Local Indication. Programmable Protection.
The CMCP-DVS-EX combines vibration measurement, a digital display and two programmable alarm levels in one explosion-proof device. Its relay outputs can be integrated into machinery alarm and shutdown circuits to respond when vibration exceeds your configured limits.
The switch also measures true RMS vibration velocity and features a Class I, Division 1, Groups B, C and D enclosure, with FM, ATEX and IECEx approvals.
